    Hi Gamze KATALAY,

I would like to say a sincere \"thank you\" to you for making our Trip of Turkey so memorable. We very much appreciate your very interesting suggestion and plans to do in Istanbul.
Frankly speaking I had got quote from other companies also but I just felt after speaking to you, it would be handled more professional. All I wanted to mention what are the general hiccups we faced, you do what you may feel is right. Anyways, it’s your actions that show how much you value my suggestion towards your business.

Thank you for sharing all of these things with us. ( As well as your good humour.)
